Can we supply the timber for a table?
You can. If you have that piece of wood and don't know what to do with it, give me a call. It needs to be flat, and preferably thick enough to undergo the flattening and sanding processes.
Can we choose timber?
Yes. I have a number of preferred suppliers. One or two are near here - if you want to be involved in the process, we can arrange to meet and choose the best bits.
